La Maison de la Truffle Crayssac is a french company founded in 1900 in Perigord. This French region is synonymous to truffles worldwide. Angel’s Salumi acquired Maison Crayssac with the intention of bringing the European tradition to the American dinner table. Crayssac manufactures products in France and Italy such as our pearl caviar, sea salts, puree, peelings, carpaccio, truffle butters oils. Our black and white truffle butter is made from the best natural churned butter made with milk from grass fed cows with 5% black or white truffle from Perigord France. These come in 8oz or 14oz sizes. Our truffle oils are made from oils imported from Italy and a black or white truffle extract. This product is processed and packaged in Southern California. Use in addition to regular olive oil to season, or finish your regular recipes with a drizzle. These products are an easy way to elevate your favorite dishes!
