La Maison de la Truffle Crayssac is a french company founded in 1900 in Perigord. This French region is synonymous to truffles worldwide. Angel’s Salumi acquired Maison Crayssac with the intention of bringing the European tradition to the American dinner table. Crayssac manufactures products in France and Italy such as our pearl caviar, sea salts, puree, peelings, carpaccio and juice. The truffle salts we carry are a White Alba Truffle Sea Salt in 1.75 oz (50gr) & in 7 oz (200gr) and Black Summer Truffle Sea Salt in 7 oz (200gr). The salts are 99% Sea Salt de Grande and 1% Truffle. This ingredient is an easy way to enhance any recipe from your everyday meals to your weekend dinner parties.
