Maison Crayssac's Black Truffle Pearl Caviar is made with 98% Pure Black Winter Truffle juice that's been transformed into pearls using spherification. From there, squid ink is used to enhance the natural coloration of the Truffle. Black Truffle Pearl Caviar does not contain any animal products, other than squid ink. It can be used as a garnishing for fish, vegetables, or meats. You can also put it in a glass of champagne as a flavorful garnishing.
