Quail, a dainty yet exquisite bird, features meat that carries a richer flavor compared to other bird species. Quails are similar to a compact version of chicken but with enhanced succulence and flavor in each mouthwatering morsel.
You can enhance their flavor by marinating these whole quails in butter (we recommend our black or white truffle butter) or your preferred sauce, then roast them for a short time at a high temperature (as whole quails can become dry if overcooked). Another option is to cook them by spatchcocking and seasoning them prior to grilling. This results in a lovely char.
