Our White Truffle Salami (6.5oz) is made with 100% Berkshire Pork Meat. It's fermented, and aged for three months in a dry room. Our recipe includes 5% White Truffle, Grappa, and White Peppercorn.

    This salami is like no other!

    I had the good luck to try this white truffle salami out at the Marin Cheese Factory and it was amazing. I saved the wrapper in order to find out where to buy more. I checked the website and ordered several truffle salamis. I am hooked!
