- Pot on medium heat, add olive oil
- Crack fresh eggs into bowl, add a pinch of salt, peppercorn
- Shred truffles into mixture, add truffle juice, add milk
- MIX
- Pour egg mixture into pot
- Slowly turn eggs
- Add truffle butter
- Suggested to be paired with grilled bread, toast, brioche
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
- Add sliced truffle & black truffle caviar on top
