Black Truffle Gnocchi
Put a simple twist on traditional gnocchi recipes by incorporating Black Truffle. This recipe can be prepared using fresh truffles or by substituting fresh truffle with truffle butter and/or oil. Video: Black Truffle Gnocchi

Black Truffle Oil
Black Truffle Butter
Black Winter Truffle Juice
Parmesan Cheese
Black Peppercorn

Preparation

- Boil water
- Add gnocchi to boiling water
- Add black winter truffle juice to pan to reduce (1/2 can)
- Let gnocchi cook until soft for 3-4 min at 260 degrees
- Transfer gnocchi to truffle juice pan
- Add cracked peppercorn and salt
- Add black truffle butter, Parmesan cheese, shred fresh truffle, black truffle oil
- Plate gnocchi once the consistency is smooth & creamy
- Add sliced truffle, parmesan cheese, fresh herb to finish
